Returns Policy
Returns: There is a 90 day limit in which to return all products. The following are required for return authorisation: Product code(s), Reason for return, applicable invoice number(s) or order reference(s). Returns will not be accepted without a Returns Authorisation Number. Customer liability returns for Credit Note may be subject to a $12.00 handling charge per item. Returned goods must be saleable and have a minimum of 12 months shelf life remaining. Custom made items are non-returnable unless faulty.
