Settlement: Nett 30 days. Accounts payable monthly. Interest on amounts outstanding over 30 days at the current bank rate + 3% on a daily basis.
Delivery: Standard charge of $19.00 ex GST per delivery. Additional charge for courier service. Delivery times are approximate. Not responsible for courier's failure due to adverse weather or exceptional circumstances.

Returns: There is a 90 day time limit in which to return all products. The following are required for return authorisation: Products code(s), Reason for return, applicable invoice number(s) or order reference(s). Returns will not be accepted without a Returns Authorisation Number. Customer liability returns for Credit Note may be subject to a $12.00 handling charge per item. Returned goods must be saleable and have a minimum of 12 months shelf life remaining. Custom made items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Non-delivery: Non-receipt of goods must be notified in writing within 21 days of the date on the despatch note/invoice.
Warranty: Products are guaranteed against defects in material and manufacture. Once a garment is put into use, a 6-month warranty applies, covering material defects only. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or use beyond the expiration date. Haddenham Healthcare reserves the right to replace or repair at is discretion. Specific warranty terms may vary per product. Consult product's 'Instructions for Use' for details.
Shelf life: Products have a shelf life of 3 years under correct storage conditions (unless otherwise specified).
Liability: Responsibility for selection and application of products rests with professional staff treating the patient.

- Advanced peripheral arterial occlusive disease, 2. Decompensated Heart Disease, 3. Septic phlebitis & Phlegmasia cerulea dolens, 4. Diabetic patients with lack or reduced sensation in lower limb or foot, 5. Supportive dermatoses, intolerance of fabric, 6. Sensory disturbances of the limb, advanced peripheral neuropathy
Relative contraindications for lower limb
- Primary chronic arthritis, 2. Advanced cancer to the root of the limb
Absolute contraindications for upper limb
- Super vena cava obstruction, 2. Axillary vein thrombosis, 3. Supportive dermatoses, intolerance to fabric
Relative contraindications for upper limb
- Brachia! plexus neuropathy, 2. Rheumatoid arthritis, 3. Diabetes (peripheral neuropathy), 4. Advanced cancer to the root of the limb, 5.Cellulitis
