Settlement for Account Orders: 30 days from date of invoice. Accounts payable monthly. Settlement for orders where the client is paying directly to Haddenham Healthcare Limited: Payment is required prior to despatch or in the case of MTO and Custom Made garments prior to manufacture. Customer Service will begin calling for payment as soon as possible upon receiving the order and will notify the clinician of any issue as soon as reasonable.
Delivery and Handling: Standard charge of $15.00 plus GST applies. Additional charge can be levied for courier service. In the case of “client to pay orders” delivery of MTO and Custom Made garments will be within 10-12 business days from the date of payment and within 1-2 business days from the date of payment for Stock items. Combined orders of Stock and non-stock products will be sent together once the non-stock items have arrived. Delivery times are approximate and are dependent on the order being received and complete. Customer Service begin making contact with clinicians as soon as an issue is identified. Haddenham Healthcare Ltd cannot be held responsible for a courier’s or mail service’s failure to deliver at the specified time due to exceptional circumstances.
Prices: All prices listed are in Australian dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted exclude GST except products found in the Essentials and LymphTech sections as indicated.
Returns: Returned goods must be in a saleable condition and have a minimum of 18 months shelf life remaining. Under normal circumstances returned goods will be issued with an account credit or exchange.
Non Delivery: Non-receipt of goods must be notified, in writing, within 21 days of the date on the invoice / payment. Warranty: Products are guaranteed against defects in material and manufacture. Specific warranty terms vary per product. Please consult each individual product’s ‘Instructions for Use’ for details.
Liability: Responsibility for the selection and application of products rests with the professional staff treating the patient.

1. Advanced peripheral arterial occlusive disease, 2. Decompensated heart disease, 3. Septic phlebitis and Phlegmasia cerulea dolens (swollen blue limb), 4. Diabetic patients with lack of or reduced sensation in lower limb or foot, 5. Supportive dermatoses, intolerance of fabric, 6. Sensory disturbances of the limb, advanced peripheral neuropathy, 7. Superior vena cava obstruction, 8. Axillary vein thrombosis, 9. Acute cellulitis. Relative Contraindications 1. Brachial plexus neuropathy, 2. Rheumatoid arthritis, 3. Diabetes (peripheral neuropathy), 4. Advanced cancer to the root of the limb, 5. Primary chronic arthritis, 6. Intolerance to fabric
